A not so unlucky day.....a phone call from Engineer Boy in London (finally a land line and magically static is no more!)

Blogging for the sake of just writing a few things down seems to be a bit of a waste of time (so I will attempt not to waste either my time or anyone else). During the past year I have read so....oo many wonderful blogs from delightful, energetic bloggers.  Homemaking is now such an in thing; and those who choose to stay home with their children are great at it.  I guess that I can say in my lifetime, I have done both.  Equally as difficult.  Equally as rewarding, and the children seem to benefit from good parenting and plenty of outside the home activities; but, don't quote me on that.  My children may look at things a bit differently in the end!  What I do know above everything else was that I was a better parent when happy; and that usually ment taking care of me EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY, AND SPIRITUALLY (spirituality is personal...a choice).

As for me the weekend awaits with schoolwork (the question, the essay, and when to begin to study for that final exam?)
